Cervical Disc Replacement

A 46 year old male, presented with cervical myelopathy due to degenerated disc prolapse at two levels (C5-C6, C6-C7). Two level disc replacement using Bryan Disc prosthesis. Patient had full relief of his symptoms, and was discharged on the second day after surgery.
